EVOLIS: FINAL COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF SOGEDEX's ASSETS

Angers, the 13th of December 2011 – Evolis, Evolis, the European leader in plastic card customisation printers today announces the final acquisition of the assets of the SOGEDEX DISTRIBUTION company, as part of its strategy to expand its accessories business.

After having raised the usual suspensive conditions, Evolis has finalised today the acquisition of the assets of the SOGEDEX Distribution company, whose accounting integration will take place on January 1, 2012.

Evolis aims at accelerating the internationalization of this identification accessories specialist which is going to represent a turnover of around €3m in 2011.
Meanwhile, Evolis will ensure that the profitability of this business reaches the same standards as for the whole Evolis group.
