Which encoding options are available for Dualys? Which are the options that can be combined?
The different encoding options available in the Dualys (2&3) printer are:
- ISO7811 or JIS2 compliant magnetic encoder – HiCo/LoCo (upgrade can be performed on customer site)
- ISO7816-2 compliant smart contact station (coupler has to be ordered separately)
- Smart contact station + integrated coupler (GEMCORE EMV410, OMNIKEY Cardman 5121)
- Various contactless integrated encoding units
Three encoding options can be installed together for the same printer (Magnetic, Smart, Contactless).
