How can I perform an advanced cleaning of the whole printer?
An advanced cleaning can be done when the printer is dirty, after a long period of operation or simply to prevent any feeding issue. There is an option from the LCD control panel that will allow you to run all the internal rollers from the printing and encoding module to manually clean each running roller with a cleaning card. Important note: this cleaning procedure is different from the one recommended in the warranty conditions. Clean also the cleaning roller and the print head ceramics with the Evolis cleaning kit.
