Cards are not fed or loaded properly. What can I do about it?

First, check card compatibility and thickness (0.76mm). If the issue remains, conduct a manual cleaning of the feeder:

• To manually clean the feeder’s rollers: open the cover and send the following command to the printer: Sci
• Take a cleaning card and insert it inside one feeder (#1 or #2), while pressing the black card sensor at the same time.
• Use as many cleaning cards as required.

IMPORTANT: do not let the card enter the feeder. Hold it tight. Feeder engines are powerful!
