How to clean the interior of the printer

With the printer turned on, open the cover.
Remove the ribbon and then close the cover.
Take a new Evolis cleaning card.
Open the door to loader #1 and remove any cards there might be.
Insert the cleaning card in the feeder and close the door.
Press the pushbutton on the control panel for a few seconds. The cleaning warning light comes on. The cleaning starts.
The old cleaning card is ejected in the reject box under output hopper #2.
