My design is too fade or too dark . What can I do ?

In the driver properties/Settings, The Printing and erasing temperature values can be changed to improve the printing quality and solve the possible printing issue. You can also check if the power supply is an Evolis one or if it is not faulty. If this issue occur after a print head replacement, please contact your Evolis reseller/Distributor.
