How to print a test card
Printing a test card makes it possible to collect technical information specific to your printer and to check that the printer operates well.
We suggest you print it immediately after the initial installation of your printer. Keep this card at hand since it might be requested by your reseller.
- Wait until all printing jobs are over.
- Make sure that no card is stuck inside the printer.
- Press the push button for three seconds. All LEDs go off.
- Press again on the push button and keep it pressed.
- The push button’s LED will then switch on.
- Release the button when the LED starts blinking.
- The test card will be printed within seconds. It will display information such as the printer model and serial number.
- You can collect this card from the printer’s front mouth.
