Where can I check the driver and/or firmware version of the printer?

To check the driver version, right click the Printer, select Properties/Graphic tab and click the About button.
The driver version will be required by Evolis technical support whenever you need assistance.

To know the firmware version of an Evolis printer, open the Driver Properties/Tools menu screen and click the Printer self test button:

A printer test card will printed, stating the current firmware version of the printer, as shown below:
