I have a horizontal white line(s) on my printed card. What can I do?

If you can see white line(s) on the printed cards, it means the print head cannot heat the ribbon on this part so the ink cannot be diffused/applied correctly on the card surface. This issue may be from a dirty print head or faulty print head.
If a cleaning of the printer does not solve your issue, please contact your Evolis reseller/distributor.
