Evolis High Trust Cards

Evolis cards are the ideal support for outstanding printouts.
Their even and flat surface ensure flawless moves under the print head (minimizing the risk of print head damage) and printing with vivid colors and well-defined barcodes.

Evolis cards are compliant with ISO CR-80 standards and delivered in a dust-free sealed packaging to help you get a better print quality.

According to your needs, Evolis proposes different type of cards: PVC , PVC pre-punched , PVC with a writable back , PETF , Paper cards and Rewritable cards .

Evolis High Trust PVC Cards

Classic blank white cards, in PVC. They can be used with all Evolis card printers and provide high image quality. The classic line is available in 30MIL blank or with magnetic stripe (LOCO or HICO) and also blank in 20MIL.The cards are delivered in boxes of 5 sealed packs of 100 cards.

Cards in PVC have a bigger lifespan (2 to 3 years minimum). Besides, the PVC allows a very good quality of prints.

Evolis High Trust PETF cards

The PETF material makes the card stronger and more durable than a standard card that is 100% PVC. Any application that requires frequent card swiping will want to use a PETF card. The PETF material is less polluting for the environment than PVC.

These cards are blank and 30MIL thick. They are delivered by pack of 500 cards.

Evolis High Trust PAPER cards

Paper blank cards are 10MIL thick, delivered by 5 packs of 100 cards. They are the ideal support for short lifespan badges, such as visitor badges in example.

Evolis High Trust PRE-PUNCHED PVC cards

PVC Blank Pre-Punched cards are 20MIL thick with a hole of 5mm diameter, conditioned in pack of 100 cards. These cards are easy to wear (with a lanyard or a clip)

Evolis High Trust PVC with writable back

PVC blank cards with a writable back that enables you to write or to sign directly on the back of the card. Conditioned in a pack of 100 cards, they are 20MIL thick.

Evolis High Trust Rewritable cards

RW cards, available in black or in blue monochrome printing, with or without an HICO magnetic stripe, 30MIL thick and packed by 100 cards.

The rewritable printing technology does not require a ribbon to personalize cards. The card itself holds a thermo sensitive material that turns visible when heated to a temperature of 356° F (180° C) and then rapidly cooled.

The application of a lower temperature, generally in the 230-320° F (110-160° C) range, will erase any color pattern.
This process leverages two chemicals that interact with each other according to selected temperature thresholds. Note that this process can be rolled back, allowing the same card to be reused and reprinted up to 500 times.
