I cannot apply Hologram ribbon when using Pebble 4

  1. For this please update the firmware for the Pebble 4 : http://www.evolis.com/eng/Drivers-Support/Product-support/Pebble-4/Drivers-and-firmware
  2. Clean the printer
  3. Check to make sure the cards are not defective
  4. Check to make sure that there isn't an Overlay already on the card
