I have horizontal white line on my printed card. What can I do?

If you see white lines on a printed card, it means the print head is unable to heat the card in this particular area, and so, the ink cannot be diffused/applied correctly to the card surface. This issue may be owing to a dirty or faulty print head.
If a cleaning of the printer does not solve this issue, please contact your Evolis reseller/distributor.
