Two Evolis engineers make visors for nurses

Ludovic Moreau and Corentin Lechalony are mechanical engineers in Evolis R&D department and together they have been making face shields to help our healthcare workers in the fight against coronavirus.

Ludovic and Corentin have already produced over 1300 face shields on the 3D printers generally used for prototyping items in the design of customization systems for Evolis cards. These face shields are very much appreciated by healthcare workers as they protect their eyes without the disadvantages of traditional goggles. The 1300 units have been given to a healthcare facility in Angers, a hospital, nursing homes, family physicians, specialist practitioners and police in charge of distributing the face shields depending on demand.
