Channel Sales Manager East India (M/F)

Achieving Revenue and Profit Targets

  • Work Independently to Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and Quarterly/Annual revenue and profit targets from Resellers/Channels
  • Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies. Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Develop and execute individual and reseller sales plans
  • Plan and run various marketing programs, sales campaigns, channel schemes, activities for Brand promotion and channel motivation in co-ordination with Marketing Manager to support annual sales objectives and unique channel opportunities
  • Work closely with Service Support Team to ensure superior customer satisfaction

Partner Management

  • Work out strategic business plan for the partner or channel accounts
  • Identify the right channel partner (if required) to fulfill company's business objectives
  • Manage / Support Channel Partners/Resellers to achieve and enhance sales, revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and manage Channel Partners budgets and forecast
  • Develop and implement performance improvement programs for non performing channel partners/resellers
  • Drive high levels of partner sales productivity by educating channel and reseller partners
  • Sales presentations & field sales calls with Partners
  • Evaluate Channel Partner’s/reseller’s performance periodically, identify gaps & root causes and provide appropriate directions, support and inputs to the partners to enable them to achieve their targets

Market Information

  • Collect and analyze market data on current trends, competition activities and latest developments in the industry
  • Provide regular market related information/updates to the management to build future strategies, take timely corrective measures, new product development etc.
  • Control and manage the forecast and pipeline in the respective region
  • Collect customer feedback on products and services as well as relating to partner’s performance


  • Proven record in driving sales revenue and growth
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Expert ability to program territorial support to ensure prompt communication with customers
  • Exhibit confidence and foresight in soliciting for new businesses and reactivating old accounts
  • Ability to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the company’s sales policies
  • Self-driven to open up new opportunities and relationships with new partners
  • Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted settings


Fluent English and Hindi

Preferred languages - Bengali


All travel expenses for business purpose will be reimbursed.

The job is located in East India. The contract is local.
