Internal Sales Coordinator North America (M/F)

MAIN MISSION

We are looking for a skilled Internal Sales Coordinator to be primarily deal with customer relationship and sales support, assisting our direct distributors and resellers, along with directing end users to the appropriate channels. 

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

PROFILE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Identifies new potential customers and selling channels within specific vertical markets,

·         Conducts strategic marketing campaigns/ outreach programs to prospective new clients and existing clients to establish and maintain relationships and customer satisfaction,

·         Maintains sustained sales activities through phone calls, prospecting, qualifying, making appointments, assessments, and validation, while updating Sales Force database and aiding in the close of new business, 

·         Maximizes cross-selling by providing a consultative approach to sales calls,

·         Questions and understands customers’ needs in terms of IT specificities,

·         Utilizes CRM (SalesForceTM) database and the internet to research prospects and qualify leads,

·         Follow up on specific monthly campaigns to increase activity in the 2nd Tier network,

·         Attends and participates in sales training and meetings to further develop sales skills,

·         General administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; French or Spanish would be a plus),

·         Computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word,

·         High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities,

·         The ability to reprioritize tasks and responsibilities hour by hour,

·         Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.

 

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND:

·         Bachelor’s Degree and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in ID traditional industry,

·         Previous telemarketing and/or inside sales experience with B2B preferred,

·         Experience with SalesForceTM or other CRM software.

 

Languages : fluent/native English

Other: SPANISH would be a plus

 

BUSINESS TRIPS

Willing to travel to the Headquarter in France for the Global Sales and marketing meeting once a year for one week or for training.

You can be asked to assist on Partners meeting or events for our customers from time to time.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

All travel expenses for business purpose will be reimbursed.

The position is located in Providence.
