IT Office Badgy manager (M/F)

JOB SUMMARY:

Evolis, the worldwide leader, develops, manufactures, and sells a complete range of personalization and issuance solutions for plastic cards (personal data printing and all encoding options). The Evolis range meets all people and goods identification needs: software, signature pads, card printers, consumables, ID accessories and services to support our clients and partners. 

This position will be responsible for managing and developing our USA “Badgy” line of products and the channels (accounts) in which this product is sold.  This position provides sales support, helping to develop sales and markets.  This position is also responsible to assist the North American Sales Director in developing accounts and growing this market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•         Responsible for achievement of targeted volume and revenue.

•         Directs channel development and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

•         Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

•         Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.

•         Analyzes sales statistics to formulate optimal business plans and forecasts.

•         Review market trends, pricing and competition on a regular basis.

•         Prospects new accounts.

•         Advises customers levels for stock replenishment.

•         Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

•         Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

•         Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

•         Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

•         Coordinates with technical team to monitor market reputation for Badgy product, as well as oversees product performance.

•         Assists other departments within organization necessary for customer satisfaction

•         Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

•         Recommends budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.

•         Travel Requirements will be approximately 50%.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:                                                               

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:                                                           

Fluent/native English is obligatory. Spanish would be a plus.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER SKILLS:                                                           

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce CRM system.

The position is located in Providence. The contract is local.
