Regional Sales Executive APAC (M/F)


We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Executive to ensure the continuous development of existing and new distribution/sales channels for the company’s solutions in Singapore and APAC region (see countries below) as well as develop partnerships and new business opportunities with system integrators, technology partners and larger direct key accounts.

Being result-oriented you are motivated by all aspects involving sales (direct or indirect (B2B)) such as client prospection, new business development, account management and project management.

You are a true team player and you integrate and perform well in an international environment for which you also possess very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Your activities and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Analysis and Strategy Definition

·         Define and elaborate the overall long- and mid-term sales objectives (budgets) and business development plans according to the company’s orientations and priorities (channel development, project management, direct key accounts, etc.),

·         Implement and execute sales strategies for various countries (South Asia and ASEAN) and vertical markets,

·         Conduct sales presentation, customer mapping and market intelligence,

·         Obtain forecast and planning information from customers,

·         Participate at quarterly Sales & Strategy Meetings.

Channel Development

·         To participate in the definition, negotiation and elaboration of yearly Business Plans with business partners. You will be responsible for the quarterly follow-up of these to ensure that defined actions and resources are employed to meet the mutual objectives agreed upon,

·         To plan and implement prospection and business development within distribution channels,

·         Coordinating with Marketing function corporate exhibitions, Partner Meetings, Open Days, etc. in the region.

Project & Key Account Management

·         To identify and prospect system integrators with the objective of referencing Evolis as a potential partner for card related projects / applications,

·         To identify and follow-up on project opportunities within various vertical markets such as Government, Banking, Transit, Loyalty and others,

·         To act as a liaison with the company’s Project and R&D teams in making sure that project requirements are met (products & services),

·         To follow key accounts.

Sales Management

·         Achieving quarterly sales objectives,

·         To develop the turnover and ensure the correct product mix and as per the quarterly objectives established,

·         To ensure efficient follow-up of incoming leads (website, advertising, exhibitions, phone, email),

·         To assist the distributors in the direct business discussions/negotiations or product presentations with certain important customer prospects,

·         Perform “on site” product/sales training sessions for selected business partners when necessary.


·         To ensure monthly sales forecasts are forwarded to the company’s headquarters as per request (Sales Force),

·         To provide regular reporting (sales reports, meeting minutes, etc.).

Reporting Structure

Regional Sales Executive will report directly to Regional Sales Manager APAC.


The candidate will be tasked with managing and developing all Evolis sales activities (Channel, Office IT, Edikio & Projects) in the following countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.



·         Min. Diploma in any discipline,

·         Prior experience (3 to 5 years) in Channel Management or Sales Experience would be advantageous.

Languages: fluent/native English



·         Willing to travel to developing countries,

·         Willing to travel to the Headquarter in France for the Global Sales and marketing meeting once a year for one week or for training.



All travel expenses for business purpose will be reimbursed.
