Personalized loyalty cards for receiving promotional offers.

The challenge

To supply each customer with a personalized card so they can immediately benefit from a range of offers in the form of money-off vouchers.

The solution

The chain of grill restaurants, Bulgogi Brothers, entered a new phase of its customer loyalty scheme, choosing to decentralize loyalty card printing for its customers throughout its 35 restaurants in South Korea.

The Evolis Zenius card printer was selected for printing personal data on a pre-printed card, that also functions as a prepaid card. The project was successful due to the responsiveness and expertise of Ace Cardnet, one of the Evolis distributors for South Korea.

The results

The system is running at full capacity. For 2013, the Bulgogi chain expects to personalize more than 50,000 cards.
