Between February 16 and 18, 2016, the Parc des Expositions de Villepinte welcomes Première Vision, an international event for fashion professionals with more than 1,000 exhibitors from 30 countries.
This is where Evolis, through its partner LENI, a specialist in event and accreditation management, deployed a solution for controlling visitor access to the event.
165 Evolis card printers deployed for customization of on-site accreditation badges to control access
This solution includes 150 Pebble and 15 Primacy printers, all networked and controlled by LENI software.
Every ticket desk has a computer with the software installed and customized accreditation badges for each visitor can be issued according to visitor profile: Gold or Platinum.
The Evolis printers customize the badges with a single-sided monochrome print, the badges having been pre-printed.
LENI estimates that more than 35,000 badges will be issued over the three-day event for Première Vision 2016.
