Product Lifecycle and Support Management – Evolis Corporate Policy

As long as products are subject to General Availability, Evolis provides to its partners support and availability of consumables and spare parts.

For any product being planned for discontinuation, Evolis will issue an End-of-Life (EOL) announcement to its partners six (6) calendar months prior to the EOL date.

Please note that, as part of the Evolis product policy:

  • Consumables will remain available for at least 10 years after printer discontinuation.
  • Spare parts and repair service will remain available for 5 years after printer discontinuation.
  • Technical support will remain available for 10 years after printer discontinuation.
